The Natural life with Niki Journey
Natural Life with Niki was founded in 2020 in Gilbert, AZ to provide Health and Wellness services (in person or remote) that support self care and maintain a balanced lifestyle. We offer a variety of services, natural products, fitness classes, and coaching to help you reach your goals. Whether you are experiencing pain, mental fog, emotional stress, looking to loose weight, or simply want to improve your physical and mental fitness, Natural Life with Niki provides the resources to do so in a healing and friendly environment.
I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Zumba teacher, and have years of experience in the fitness industry. I partner with nutrition experts to provide the most up to date information on eating a healthy balanced diet. I teach clients how to read and understand a nutrition label, how to make healthier options, how to meal prep, and how to cleanse toxins out of their bodies and their homes. I do not believe in crash diets, magic pills, or anything "as seen on TV". I educate on how to make simple lifestyle changes so they can live a life free of stress and enjoy the benefits of natural health for many years to come. I do not just focus on the physical health, but also the mental and emotional health as well.
I offer nutrition plans, fitness plans, personal training, group fitness and Zumba classes, and comprehensive plans that incorporate fitness and nutrition. I sell essential oils, self care products, nutrition and performance products, as well as home and body care.
